For more than 30 years, Harford County Public Schools (HCPS) has proudly participated in the Summer Food Service Program to help ensure children across the county have access to healthy meals when school is not in session. That tradition continues in 2025.

Beginning Monday, June 23, 2025, free meals will be available for all children ages 2 to 18 at several locations throughout Harford County. No registration or ID is required at most locations, and meals must be eaten on site.

Sites include several Harford County Public Library branches, Hall’s Cross Roads Elementary School, and Phoenix Rising (Hess Enterprises) in Aberdeen.

This year, HCPS is also participating in the SuN Meals To-Go program at Dublin Elementary School. This initiative provides families with a weekly seven-day meal kit that includes seven breakfasts and seven lunches. Pre-registration is required to participate in the SUN Meals To-Go program. Only registered Parents or Guardians may pick up the meal kits.

Meal site dates, times, and details for all locations, including registration information for SuN Meals To-Go, can be found here.
